Metaplumbic Acid, H2PbO3
Metaplumbic acid, PbO2.H2O or H2PbO3, is formed at the anode during the electrolysis of a feebly alkaline solution of lead sodium tartrate. It is a black, lustrous solid, having a density of 6.267.
