Lead Peruranate
Lead Peruranate, combined with lead uranate as the salt (PbO)2UO4.PbUO4, is formed as an orange precipitate when solutions of sodium peruranate, (Na2O2)2UO4, and lead acetate are mixed. With dilute sulphuric acid this salt yields hydrogen peroxide, and with the concentrated acid ozonised oxygen; whilst dilute acctic acid decomposes it, forming lead acetate and uranium tetroxide, UO4.
